What did Karishma Mehta say?

In her caption, she wrote: “Especially in the New Year, everyone talks about bringing in new things, but not enough about getting rid of what doesn’t serve you. You can’t bring in the good, the new, the healthy if you hold on to the old and unhealthy…let the new come in…make room for it…”

“When you feel like you’re the only one struggling…”
