Remember this Photo viral sneakers Since 2017, the one that divided the internet over its color? Well, this is excited, and this time it goes with a turn that has everyone, from everyday users to celebrities such as the face that makes the double take. The photo is presented by the classic Furgles Old Sneakers at SchoolBut depending on whom you ask, shoes are either pink and white or red and gray.

The latest version of the viral image claims that what you see shows which side of your brain is more dominant. According to the new signatures conducting tours, left brain -related brainstorms, language and analytical thinking – look in Chile and Gray, while right -wing brain people – allegedly more intuitive and creative, see white and pink.
This is a neat little theory, and certainly creates an entertainment survey on Instagram or a discussion for dinner. But scientifically speaking? It does not actually stand. The left brain against the right brain theory has long been divorced as a myth of pop -psychology. While different parts of the brain specialize in certain functions, both hemisphere are constantly working together to do the job.
As in the deep immersion explains the mind is very good that the lateral brain is a real phenomenon, but it does not mean that one side works completely from the show. In fact, science writer Carl Zimmer perfectly summed up in the work of Discover magazine back in 2009: “No matter how lateralized the brain can get … both sides are still working together.” He noted that while the left hemisphere can specialize in the treatment of syntax and the linguistic structure, the right hemisphere is equally vital, it is established for emotional nuances and intonation in speech.

So, if you see pink -white – or crank and gray – do not rush to diagnose your cognitive style. It’s more about lighting, contrast and how your brain interprets visual information than logic and creativity. But hey, it’s still fun to argue about what color really is.
