Karina Kapur has revealed her new sleep and training mode. Recently, a 44-year-old star sat down with NOD magazine for an open conversation that spun around her glorious career in Bollywood, her personal life and fitness.

During the interview, Karen told about her daily regime and how she does not agree with the movement, preferring her workout. Let’s learn about the changes she has made to her daily regime in recent years, especially after her two mothers.
“Dinner up to 18 hours, lights up until 9:30 pm …”
The Karene program in 44 is “almost monastic”. According to the actor, she has dinner until 6 pm, and after a few hours she is ready to end her day and go to bed. “Dinner up to 6 pm lights up until 9:30 pm, morning workouts before the world wakes up,” she told the magazine.
“My friends know that they do not expect me at parties. And they respect it. They know that I will watch the shouting Shita low!” Karen added.
As for her workout, she does not negotiate with the movement because she helps to improve her mood and stay in shape. “If I do not work, I’m in a bad mood. Post-kapusta I realized how important fitness is not for pride, but for well-being. This is my mood stabilizer, my anchor,” she explained.
Sleep and dinner work early?
