Day 1, 2 and 10
Main food: egg salad made of 3 boiled eggs and 6 glasses of crushed salad (cucumber, salad, carrots and cabbage), dressed with 1 tablespoon of lettuce.
Drink: 750 ml of cucumber cocktail (mixed with 1 thumb, 1 apple and size with a thumb ginger with 1 cup water).
Snack/Dinner: 3-4 cups of crushed watermelon.
3 and 9 days
Main food: 2 large sweet potatoes (250 g) are served with tomatoes and egg sauce (3 eggs cooked with 1 tablespoon).
Snack/Dinner: 3 big apples with 1 tablespoon peanut butter.
Day 4 and 5
Main food: 1 cup cooked rice and beans paired with 3 cups of vegetable sauce (cooked with 1 tablespoon of oil), served with 1 boiled beef and 1 boiled egg.
Snack/Dinner: 2 big cucumbers with 20 baby carrots.
Day 6 and 7
Main food: ½ cup raw oats, mountains or plantain, mixed and cooked in the form of a swallow, combined with medium size (3-4 cups) with vegetable/soup (prepared with 1 tablespoon) and boiled piece of choice.
Snack/Dinner: 750 ml cocktail cucumber and 2 boiled eggs.
Day 8
Main food: oatmeal cooked with 1 cup raw oats cooked with 1 tablespoon of milk, topped with 1 banana, 1 crushed apple, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and 30 pieces.
Snack/Dinner: 2 boiled eggs with 1 liter of water (saturated cucumber slices, mint leaves, lemon and ginger).
Just repeat the diet plan for the rest of the days. Change the food into the same category as, for example, a swan for sweet potatoes or an egg paner, while maintaining parts and healthy cooking ways. Stay with moisturizing with 2-3 liters of water daily, including detox.
