According to his Instagram page The Supratim Official, Supratim Chowdhury is a level 4 fitness trainer and nutritionist. He talks about his own weight loss journey and how he lost 20 kg. He says that after 5-10 minutes of warm-up you should do the following exercises:

◉ 20 climbers

◉ 20 crunches

◉ 20 leg lifts

◉ 20 squats

◉ 10 burpees

◉ 20 Russian turns

◉ 20 knee-to-elbow planks

◉ 20 crunches on the bike

◉ 10 crab kicks on each side

◉ 20 crossed elbows on crossed knees

To get in shape, he followed 5 rules

In an earlier post, he shared his “5 Golden Rules for Fast Weight Loss” and said, “Five Golden Rules for Fast Weight Loss: I lost 20 kg by following them. First step: Finish dinner by 7-8pm. Second: drink 3-4 liters of water every day. Three: Try to eat 50 percent less each day and maintain a calorie deficit. Fourth: Do a simple exercise routine every day for 30-40 minutes. Fifth: The most important thing is to stay stress-free during your weight loss journey.

In another video, Supratim shared his “Top 5 Tips for Losing Weight Without a Diet Plan” and said, “Rule no. 1: Eat only homemade food. Rule #2: Time your meals. Rule #3: Include all types of macronutrients—protein, carbohydrates, fats—in your meal plan, and include a green salad in your diet. Rule #4: Take only single servings; don’t go to gas stations. Rule No. 5: Do not use any utensils while eating, as this has a negative effect on digestion.”
