In the region, Harry Kaylash has two lakes, both unique and divine. One is the famous Mansaravar, also known as the lake of the gods, and there is “Rakshas Tal” or Lake Asuras. Lake Mansarau is considered one of the most holy lakes in Hinduism and Buddhism, and is believed to be created by the gods themselves to swim before performing the rituals. The loyal and pilgrims visiting Mount Kaylash are also immersed in this lake. And then there is Tal Raksha, in the shape of a half -moon and a salty lake. The people say that Rakshas Tal was created by Ravan, and unlike the mansaar, its water is salty and inanimate. Some people also call Mansarau and Rakshas Tal as yin-yang nature.
