Neuroscience Shows How Anything Can Be Manifested By Following This Procedure – Times of India

A neurologist shows how you can manifest anything by following this procedure

Manifestation it’s more than wishful thinking, and neurologist Dr. James Doty has just made it easier for us to understand.
In a podcast with author Mel Robbins, the neurologist shared his daily routine.
Manifestation is the process of making your desires and goals a reality through purposeful intentions, beliefs, and actions. Rooted in the principle that thoughts shape reality, it encourages positive thinking and alignment with your aspirations. Pa visualizing successby affirming your worth and taking purposeful steps, you signal to the universe that you are ready to receive. Manifestation isn’t just faking what you want; it requires clarity, persistence and effort. When you trust the process and stay open to possibilities, opportunities unfold in unexpected ways. Cultivating gratitude and a firm belief in your own potential amplifies results, empowering you to create the life you envision.

So what does Dr. Doty do differently?

“I have been meditating for over 50 years. Every morning I wake up, sit on the edge of the bed and do breathing exercises. And this is where people get lost mindfulness practices. For some reason they think they have to sit like Buddha and worry about it. There is no reason to worry at all. You just need to find a place where you will be comfortable. Then I do a breathing exercise: I breathe in slowly for 4-6 seconds, hold my breath for 4-6 seconds, and slowly let it out through my mouth. And then it moves me into the parasympathetic nervous system or strengthens where I’m already at. And then I think about the joy and awe of being in this world. And I just sit with it for a minute or two. When I’m focused, looking through that lens, it really creates an environment for me to manifest because I’m in the right mindset. I’m calm, I’m thoughtful, I think about others, I’m not focused on myself, and the very nature of that allows me to express myself,” he says in the podcast, which Robbins shared on Instagram.

He talks about prioritizing goals from moderately important to very important. “I write them down, regardless of the top three. Repeat silently. Repeat aloud to see it happen again and again and again.”
“All of this strengthens and puts you in the right frame of mind to have the highest probability of realizing your intention,” he concludes.
