Eyes problems caused by a warm

D -R Mandip Singh Basa, Director of the Dr. Basa Center, revealed the following eyes related to the summer:

  2. Irritation and redness in the eyes – the eyes become red, and many also feel burning in the eyes.
  3. Photophobia (sensitivity to light) – from the excess sunlight the eyes lose the ability to tolerate sunlight or bright light.
  4. Conjunctivitis (eye allergy or infection) – the risk of viral infection and bacterial infection in the eyes increases on summer days.
  5. Blurred vision -sometimes due to less water consumption on summer days or with -over -heat, eye vision can blur.

Ayurvedic eye protection remedies from the heat wave

Dr. Mandip Singh bass suggested the following Ayurvedic means to protect your eyes from the heat wave:

  1. Eye washing – soaking powder trips in water overnight and eye wash this water in the morning reduces dryness and irritation.
  2. Pink water – use pink water to cool your eyes.
  3. The cool sandal paste – make a paste of sandalwood and pink water and applying it on the forehead, gives the eyes cool.
  4. Aloe vera gel – the use of aloe vera gel at the eyes provides relief from dryness and irritation.
  5. Ghrita Netra Tarpan – Netra Tarpan is a remedy in Ayurveda, which provides nutrition and coolness.
  6. Cucumber and compress Potli – the location of cold cucumber slices on the eyes provides a cooling effect.
  7. Take care of the hydration – drink coconut water, manga, lord and Sharbat sewed so that the body remains moisturized.

Dr. Mandip Singh bass said that he was a heavy heat and a lack of water, problems such as irritation, dryness, redness and even blurred vision. He advised: “In such a situation, stay moisturized to protect your eyes, wear sun’s sunshine and use ayurvedic means such as Triphala Wey Wash, Pink Water, Aloe Vera and Ayurvedic Eye Gel.
