In an interview with HT Lifestyle, Jubilee and Sara, co-founders of Poshte, insisted that it’s vital that we make wise choices to cultivate a skin care routine that is natural, effective and earth-friendly. They recommended –

  2. Kashmir Lavender Essential Oils (Steam Distilled): Aromatherapy harnesses the power of nature. Oils like Kashmiri lavender not only have a magical scent, but also have huge skin care benefits. It balances skin oiliness, reduces acne and has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. (Be sure to dilute well with a carrier oil before use and know that only pure oils are effective).

  2. Microspheres: These tiny plastic particles are a significant contributor to environmental pollution, especially in oceans and waterways. There are natural alternatives, such as sugar or oatmeal, which are not only effective, but also environmentally friendly.
