The moon of Ramadan begins with the sight of the half month, and this year it started on the evening of February 28. Throughout Ramadan, Muslims around the world are watching fasting (Roza) from dawn to sunset, practice that embodies devotion, self -discipline and spiritual reflections. Ramadan is not only a time for spiritual renewal, but also a time for bodies and a soul with special dishes. During Ramadan there are two main dishes: Sukhur and the Iftar. Suhoor is a pre-dawn food that provides the energy required for a long day of fasting. Because it is important to start the day with dense nutrients, the choice of foods that will support energy levels is crucial.

One of these products that creates the perfect harness is ed. Oats rich in fiber and low calorie content, which helps you feel full longer, providing persistent energy throughout the day. In combination with several wonderful traditional ingredients such as rooh afza, oats can be converted into a nutritious dish that will make your Suhoor as satisfactory and refreshing.

Ingredients: Mo -oats, milk, Greek yogurt, AFZA roch, chia seeds, a glass of strawberries and honey syrup ½ tbsp. You will also need some raw pistachios and a few dried rose petals to supplement
Recipe: In the maslar or bowl, connect the oats, milk, Greek yogurt, the AFZA, Chia seeds and honey syrup. Gently fold into the crushed strawberries for the explosion of natural sweetness and freshness.
Mix all the ingredients together to make sure they are well included. After mixing, cover the jar or bowl and put it in the refrigerator for the night (or for 5 – 8 hours). This allows Avenue to soak the flavors and becomes soft and creamy, ready to enjoy the morning.
When you are ready for Suhoor, remove the oats from the refrigerator and let them mix quickly. On top of the top sprinkled with raw pistachios for the crunch and some dried rose petals for a fragrant touch. Rooh AFZA syrup adds a unique flower euphonia that exalts the dish, making it a great treat for your Suhoor. No matter what you watch Ramadan or just looking for a useful breakfast, this recipe will allow you to feel tense and ready to take this day!
