Seema Sajdeh celebrates lifting 10kg in the gym after breaking her wrist; they said that she cannot lift more than 2-4 kg


“Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives” star Seema Sajde shares her fitness gains since her freak accident in a new video that will inspire you to work hard in the gym. The designers broke her wrist and said she couldn’t lift even 2-4 kg. However, with hard work, she managed to lift 10 kg recently.

“There’s nothing you can’t achieve”

Seema posted a workout video on Instagram showing her doing lunges, dumbbell overhead press, kettlebell squat, dumbbell press with leg raises, kettlebell pull variation, dumbbell handstand with leg raise variation, hip dips with resistance and running on a treadmill. Dressed in a neon green tank top, blue gym leotards and sneakers, Seema put in a workout.

She captioned the message: “A little over 3 months ago I was in a freak accident and shattered my wrist into pieces🙈…don’t ask.” According to the report, Seema was told that she would not be able to lift more than 2-4 kg for 6 months to a year. However, with hard work, she managed to lift 10 kg dumbbells. “The point is, there is nothing you can’t achieve or overcome in life without persistence and hard work 👊. It’s all in the head (sic),” she added.

Netizens praised Sima for her achievement. One comment reads: “Absolutely inspiring! More power.” Another commented: “You are the strongest ❤️❤️❤️ go my girl.”

Meanwhile, several of Seema’s followers warned her to take her time. One of them wrote: “For your own good, live on cardio-love for another three months. Bones hurt even after 10 years.” Another commented: “You are the strongest Sima. But you need to go slowly.”
