
Bride-to-be Sobhith Dhulipala made her first official appearance with fiancé Naga Chaitanya and his family, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Amala Akkineni, at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa. The outing was a landmark moment as Sobhita stepped into the limelight with her soon-to-be in-laws, symbolizing her induction into The Akineni family.

In the widely shared video, Sobhita, dressed in an elegant peach colored salwar suit, was seen standing next to Naga Chaitanya as they posed alongside Nagarjuna and Amala. Giving importance to the moment, Nagarjuna brought the couple to the center, creating a touching family photo that radiated warmth and togetherness.
This simple yet meaningful gesture strengthened Sobhita’s bond with Akineni as she prepares to officially join their family.
Nagarjuna recently spoke fondly of Sobhita in an interview with a leading daily news. He expressed admiration for her independent nature and career choice, calling her a “lovely girl” who lives life on her own terms.
“She could have acted in any number of films and TV series, but she decides what to do with her career. She is very peaceful and happy with her choice. I got a lot of warmth from her and I can see how happy they are with each other,” Nagarjuna shared, highlighting the happiness that Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya bring to each other’s lives.
Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya got engaged on August 8, 2024. in an intimate ceremony at Naga Chaitanya’s residence in Hyderabad. Since then, the couple has been making public appearances together, much to the delight of fans.

According to reports, the wedding is set for December 4, 2024 and will take place at Annapurna Studios, a venue that is very important to the Akkineni family. Contrary to speculation about a destination wedding, the couple opted for a traditional ceremony in Hyderabad.
Sobhita is reportedly actively involved in the wedding preparations, paying attention to every detail. For the big day, she chose a gorgeous Kanjeevaram saree made of real gold zari and a traditional white khadi saree for the pre-wedding function. To add a personal touch, she purchased a matching set for Naga Chaitanya, ensuring the couple would have twins at one of the ceremonies.
