On August 4, Helen shared a message on Instagram, which explained the signs of the body that retains fat. “I used to think that fat loss is all that is in calorie deficiency. Here are 3 signs that your body can fight for fat destruction (even if you eat less),” she added.

1. You are always cold:

Constantly cold hands, legs or just feel frozen when others are all good? This is a red flag to your metabolism must wake up! Low energy consumption = Less thyroid output (particularly T3) = Your body begins to retain energy rather than burn it!

2. You keep the water and feel puffy:
