In the video he said: “There is a secret hacking to fall asleep quickly, and I use it every time I try to fall asleep. The technique counts 100 back. That’s how it works: lie in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and start counting from 100 slowly; slowly breathe, enter and go out.
He added: “If you lose or forget where you are, do not worry, pick up the random number and start from there again. It’s about gently redirecting the mind to something soothing and repeating. Try it and let me know if it works for you.”
