1. Permanent bloating or gas
If your stomach feels like a balloon after eating, it’s not “ok”. This is a red flag that your gut is struggling to effectively destroy the diet.

Acne, rashes or eczema can often be traced to the internal inflammation caused by the poor balance of the bowel bacteria.
