Tanisha revealed: “I have lost weight in a very short period of time. Now you can’t support ABS for women for a long time.” She explained the main reason, saying, “Fat is very important in the female body. Fat creates estrogen production. A man can descend up to about 14% fat, but it is very low for women.” (Also Read: Tamana, Bhaty reveals how fashion helped her overcome uncertainty, shares the admiration of Swed’s style )

Then she launched the hormonal changes that she experienced, emphasizing how they influenced her weight. “There is only one hormone, testosterone in the male bodies, but women have 36,000 hormones. We are children’s producers,” Tanya shared. She explained that after the intense weight loss for the Nile N Nicky, her body survived, and despite the consistent training procedure, her weight continued to increase. “My hormones rose up and down after shooting for the Nile Nikki, and I started to just gain weight. It doesn’t matter how much I worked; my weight increased,” she said.

“Your body needs carbohydrates”

Tanisho also shared his experience with a limited diet, saying, “At the time, I didn’t understand that you couldn’t be on a low carbohydrate diet because your brain needs carbohydrates. Your body needs carbohydrates.” She confessed that she was overboard with no sugar and consumption of protein cocktails, which, she said, were not resilient. “Your liver is running out,” she said, emphasizing the importance of learning and detox.

On the fitness, Tanisha explained: “The workouts should form your body in a certain form, but it will not make you lose weight.” She showed that this implementation made her accept yoga as a more holistic approach to healing.
