Sugar is one of the red flags that each health expert recommends. It is largely present in sweet, sweet dishes, from baking to traditional sweets. Sometimes sugar is also added to spicy dishes to sweeten the sauce or reduce spiciness. For those who have the sweetness, resist the temptation of sweet kindness can be especially tough. Sakshi Lalvani, a nutritionist, according to her biography of Ig, shared her experience after leaving sugar. She described that the changes were fast and visible after 2 weeks.

Changes noticed:

  1. Better sleep: Sakshi said the cutting of sugar means that the body retains more potassium and magnesium. These minerals are important for a healthy sleeping cycle. This, in turn, when she started to sleep better, she woke up in the morning, feeling vigorously and “really rested.”
  2. Reduction of inflammation: Sakshi reminded that after her session, Badminton had no muscle seizures, bloating and inflamed feelings. She said her body felt easier and full of energy.
  3. Fat loss: Sakshi called the giving up sugar “change of games” because it not only was losing fat, but also saw a decrease in liver fat and total fat.

Alternatives of white sugar are also not healthy

In a previous interview with HT Lifestyle with Chamika Girkar, a clinical nutritionist, she explained that popular alternatives such as honey, jugger, maple syrup, brown sugar and white sugar have similar nutritional values. They consist of glucose, fructose and/or sucrose in different numbers

In addition, she said: “If you consider the calorie content only, none of the sweeteners – Sadar, Honey or Jugger stand out as much better than each other. All of them make extra calories in your diet. So if your main problem is – This calorie management is better to use these sweeteners economically or consider alternative ways of sweetening food and drinks, such as the use of natural fruit or artificial sweeteners with fewer calories. ”
