Yoga Rajat teacher, who is often shared by different yoga pose, can practice in his home to focus on certain health problems, on April 22 came out on Instagram to place a video where he told about seven yoga -fans who can help women who are engaged in PCOS (polycum syndrome).

Daily positions for yoga for PCOD/PCOS
In the video, Rajat shared seven yoga that people with PCOS/PCOD should practice and how to do them. He suggested making postures for 20 minutes, and also mentioned the amount of time to invest in each asana. Here are the yoga asanas classes that listed the yoga coach:
1. Butterfly Posa: 2-3 minutes
2. Baddhaconasan’s melting: hold both sides for 30 seconds
3. Ardhamatsyendrasana: hold both sides for 30 seconds
4. Malason: Sit for 1 minute
5. Chakkila Asana: 10 repetitions on both sides
6. Bhujangasana: hold 30 seconds, 3 sets
7. Setu Bandhasana: 10 reps
According to Pace hospitals, PCOD is a condition in which the ovaries produce a lot of immature or partly mature eggs. This comes from a bad lifestyle, obesity, stress and hormonal imbalance. PCOS is a metabolic disorder, and a more serious PCOD form can lead to anovulation where the ovaries stop releasing eggs.
Yoga for PCOD and PCOS
According to the National Institute of Health, yoga has proven the consequences of reducing and managing symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) more effectively with medicine.
In an interview with HT Lifestyle, the Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar, “yoga encourages weight loss, controlling the weight gain associated with PCOS. It stimulates metabolism and blood flow to the brain, restoring hormonal equilibrium. The likelihood of concept and utility is also increasing yoga.”
