Imagine that you regularly grease a dessert that suffers from your lips and increases your health! Sounds like a dream, huh? Well, that’s not the case. Now you can eat dessert and improve your health and overall well -being.

We have always been associated with the wine dessert. But you no longer need. The dessert may be healthy. In fact it can help you feel and be healthy. Dr. Tim Titan, a certified internal medicine doctor in New York, who treats cancer patients, has now shared his favorite dessert recipe.“As a doctor, I am always looking for healthier dessert options, and it only takes a few minutes,” said Dr. Tim in the video shared in Instagram. And this is a dark chocolate blueberry dessert. A four -year dessert

The dessert is as simple as it can get. It only has four ingredients. “All four of these ingredients are excellent sources of antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory effects. Not to mention that they are so good,” the doctor said.
Blueberry - Dark chocolate
- Olive oil of additional virgin
- Nuts of trees
Recipe

You need half a glass of blueberries, half a glass of dark chocolate, 1 tsp. olive oil and nut trees. Wash the blueberries and stroke them. Mix olive oil with dark chocolate and either double or microwave for 30 seconds. Now add the blueberries and put them on parchment paper into the bite size. Add the crushed walnuts on top, freeze for 10 minutes, and then enjoy. You can also use coconut oil instead of olive oil, but the first has a much higher saturated fat content. Nuts can be anything. “I had walnuts in my home so I used, but almonds, pecan, pistachios and cashews are also great options and have great health benefits!” said the doctor. The best thing about this recipe is that it has three key ingredients from the Mediterranean diet: olive oil, blueberries and olive oil.
Olive oil is associated with increased brain health. The study found that people who used more than half a tablespoon of olive oil per day, 28% decreased the risk of death from dementia compared to those who have never consumed olive oil. Another examination of the research has shown that olive oil, rich in monounsaturated fat, can reduce the risk of stroke and heart disease. The 2019 study found that people with previous diabetes who took 55 ml of olive oil enriched with oleanoic acid are less likely to develop diabetes every day. Blueberries and nuts are also associated with a reduction in the risk of heart disease, dementia and cancer.“These ingredients have so many health benefits, including providing antioxidants and anti -inflammatory compounds. However, they always eat up!” Dr. Tim said.
