The cardiologist shares his daily normal health: “8 hours of sleep, aerobic exercises and a balanced diet”

As Dr. Paddy starts his day

“I have recently asked me a lot about their daily regime, nutrition, physical activity and sleep,” he says. “Now, number one, I don’t think it’s particularly interesting, because my situation will always be different than everyone else, but in general, that’s what it looks like.” He continues to share his sleep habits, saying, “In general, I get at least 8 hours of sleep for the night. What is his approach to exercise and nutrition

Dr. Paddy also priests daily exercises, explaining: “I do almost every day through aerobic workouts or stability workouts. In the perfect week I do 3-4 aerobic classes and 3 training training.”

Finally, when it comes to nutrition, Dr. Paddy does everything simple. “I mostly eat everything I want while I meet my high -calorie and protein targets for a week.
