2. Tracking calories (7/10)
It works well if you can consistently track without allowing you to consume your daily mode.
3. Cardio each day (4/10)
Not effective for long -term fat loss, as it burns only calories during training. It is here that strength training plays a crucial role.
4. Strength Workouts (9/10)
It burns fat and creates muscles, which helps to lose weight in the long run.
5. Passing food (2/10)

6. Cooking (8/10)
The sequence is key! Your body will thank you when you are ready.
7.
Take your money. Frequent trips to the bathroom do not equate to weight loss, it’s just dehydration.
8. Low Carbohydrate All (5/10)
Effectively in the short term, but remember not all carbohydrates are bad! Focus on a healthy choice.
9. Sleep Optimization (9/10)
Free weight loss that no one is talking about.
10. Cleans the juice (0/10)
