So, what are his advice? According to Nick:

1. Win the morning

He said, “Train early. You are more productive, focused and consistent when you stop squeezing and start moving.”

2. Hold the first food

Nick added: “Eat 4 hours after training. Not for fasting – for focus. You will have the best control, more energy and less thoughtless nutrition.”

3. Prioritize the protein

He said: “3 big dishes, 2 snacks. Keep it high in protein and just. Build muscles, burn fat, stay full.”

4. Move more

“8000+ steps a day. You are likely to click 4K. Click up. The sequence beats perfection,” Nick added.

5. Set the alarm at bedtime

He said: “4 o’clock in the morning does not mean anything when you scroll to the north. Poor sleep = low t, high cortisol, muted results.”
