Even a gastroenterologist based in Florida, Dr. Joseph Salhab. In a message shared on June 28, the intestinal doctor emphasized that “you do not need liver detox and purification.” In fact, you can enhance the liver function naturally by eating vegetables. Yes, you read correctly.
