With the release of Rebel Wilson’s memoir Rebel Uprising, she spoke to Today, reflecting on her transformative 2020, when she worked like a “maniac”. She took full advantage of the pandemic because everything was closed, using this time to focus on her body. According to a report by Today, Rebel Wilson admitted that she worked out for two and a half hours every day.
Used Ozempic
Rebel Wilson has admitted to using the popular diabetes drug Ozempic for a short period to curb her sweet tooth. She told People: “Someone like me can have a bottomless sweet tooth, so I think these medications can be good.”
How weight loss changed her
The transformation was not limited to her appearance, but it lifted her mentally and emotionally. She shared today: “I was a person who really didn’t think I was cute and didn’t think I could have a really intimate relationship and then have a wonderful fiancé and then a baby, it’s just a whole other world of love opened up in my heart.” Rebel is married to Ramona Agrum.
