Victoria Kjaer Telvig from Denmark became the winner of the Miss Universe 2024 contest. Miss Nicaragua Shanice Palacios named Victoria the winner.
The 73rd Miss Universe is Victoria Kjaer Thelvig from Denmark. The 21-year-old beauty queen beat out 125 contestants hoping to win the Miss Universe 2024 crown. The beauty contest was held at the CDMX arena in Mexico City.

Victoria Kjaer Tailvig won the coveted Miss Universe crown on Sunday (IST). The first runner-up went to Nigeria’s Chidima Adetshina, the second to Maria Fernando Beltran from Mexico. Opal Suchata Chuangsri from Thailand and Ileana Marquez from Venezuela also entered the five finalists of the beauty contest.
The winner of Victoria was her predecessor, Miss Nicaragua Shanice Palacios. The Miss Universe Instagram page shared the news with the caption: “A new era begins! What did Victoria Kjaer Tailvig wear to the finale?
Victoria Kjaer Theilvig chose a bright pink dress for the final round. The glittering ensemble features whimsical sequin embellishments, a strapless silhouette, beaded straps, a plunging neckline, a bodycon fit that accentuates her svelte body, and a floor-length hemline.
Victoria accessorized the ensemble with sheer blush pink gloves embellished with embellishments on the trim. With her silvery blonde locks left loose through a center parting and placed in soft curls, the Miss Universe winner opted for shimmery pink eyeshadow, smudged eyeliner, mascaraed lashes, feathered brows, glossy pink lips, rosy cheeks and glowing skin for let’s see
