Quoting Shakespeare: “Our bodies are our gardens – our will – our gardeners.” Everyone is waiting for a healthy life, but when the question arises: “What do you do to keep your body healthy?” – We don’t always have answers. Sometimes, even after receiving several characters from our body, we do not pay attention to. On the other hand, sometimes we change our body after each small change that it faces.
Here are some signs that your body is in good condition:
- A peaceful dream: After a long tedious day, as soon as you go for a night’s sleep, if you can fall asleep for 30 minutes and wake up the next morning, feeling updated without sluggish, which means that your body works in the right direction. A quality dream is important for mental clarity.
- Quick healing: If you are young, you get wounds every time. But when these wounds are quickly healed without any complications that suggest that the natural system of treatment of your body works effectively as our immune system sends leukocytes to fight any germs and prevent infection. A strong immune system accelerates this step, allowing the wound to heal and remain clean.
- Planning digestion: If your digestive system works well without problems with gas, bloating or stomach, it means that it effectively destroys food, absorbing nutrients and moving waste without producing excess gas and discomfort.
- Frequent nail pruning: If your nails grow fast, it can be a sign of good circulation and metabolic health.

- Observe: Do not ignore if your body gives any foreign signs, no matter how small it is. Sometimes, because of our ignorance, they are a big problem. Note how long your wounds take to heal or how you feel after lifting the ladder.
- Test: Give your body small tasks and check how it works. Check your seat against the pulse stand. Do a few warm -up exercises to find out if your body can handle it.
