Patrick Hong’s fat loss cocktot says that protein cocktails at the top of the snack list, helping women increase protein intake, restrain craving and effectively maintain fat loss.
Snacks often get a bad rap when you try to lose weight. But not all snacks are made equal. Although some may disrupt your progress, others may actually support your goals. Patrick Hong’s fat loss specialist shared his Instagram Post “Best snacks” on June 28 to restrain cravings and increase fat loss without guilt. Why the protein shakes the head of the snack
When it comes to a fat loss, a fat loss coach is not shy, its main choice is always a protein cocktail. In the fast, fast firing round of the snack comparisons, it consistently puts the first place. Fruit or dark chocolate? Fruits. Fruits or rice bread? Still fruits. But when the fruit rises against the protein cocktail, they shake. The same for the MISO soup, residual rice and egg, peanut butter and banana, popcorn and even boiled eggs. Each time Patrick chooses protein.
Protein deficiency and fat loss benefits
Why? “Most women have a protein deficit,” he says. “They probably only get 50 grams a day that is too low.
He realized that his advice is especially aimed at the women: “If this is for the guy, the answer may be different. But for the ladies? The protein cocktail. You can never have enough, fight me.”
