This is the most obvious. The most common place for thyroid pain is right on the front of the neck, just below the Adam apple. (more noticeable in men) This is where your thyroid gland sits, hence the pain. You may notice tenderness, tenderness or sharp pain in the area like a sore throat. Conditions such as the thyroid gland (thyroid inflammation), infections or nodules of the thyroid gland can cause the gland to gain and hurt. Along with them, you may also notice the swelling or lump in the neck, the difficulty of swallowing (pins and needles), or a sense of completeness in the throat.
