Tisha Kumardaughter of Krishan Kumar and Singh asked and Bhushan Kumar’s cousin, tragically passed away in July this year. Months later, her mother shared an emotional post addressing misconceptions about her daughter’s death.
Tanya clarified that Tishaa did not have cancer and revealed heartbreaking details about the “misdiagnosis” that ultimately led to her untimely death.
Taking to her Instagram, Tanya shared a candid video showing happy moments with her daughter Tisha Kumar. The music video captured Tisha’s vibrant personality, portraying her as a fun-loving, vivacious young woman who loved her pets and cherished time with her loved ones.
Next to the post, Tanya wrote: “How, what, why.” Many have asked me to tell them what really happened. But the truth is subjective and regarding how it is perceived.”
Tanya continued her note, expressing pain that a “pure, innocent soul” faced injustice caused by someone’s wrongs. She called the situation “confusing” and “complicated”, emphasizing the tragedy of realizing the truth only when it is too late.
“No matter what philosophies say, no matter what medical (mis)diagnosis and (wrong) practice, and no matter what beliefs people reject such as the evil eye, dark magic, or Nazar, it has nothing to do with the truth.” , — Tanya Singh wrote. “What other people think doesn’t matter because no one knows what you know. In time, the truth is revealed, and it will be.”
Tanya shared that, despite having been transferred, her daughter never succumbed to fear and depression. Describing her as “the bravest version of brave” and “the most fearless and badass 20-year-old”, Tanya revealed that Tishaa was determined to spread awareness so that medical diagnoses don’t instill fear in others.
“The truth is that my daughter did not have cancer,” clarified Tanya Singh. “At the age of 15 and a half, she received a vaccine that may have provoked an autoimmune responsewhich was then misdiagnosed. We didn’t know about it at the time.”
In her closing message, she urged parents to seek second and third opinions before opting for invasive procedures such as bone marrow tests or biopsies if their child has “swollen lymph nodes.”
Tanya explained: “Lymph nodes are the body’s guardians and can swell due to emotional trauma, feelings of rejection or betrayal, or an untreated previous infection. Unfortunately, we had already fallen into the “medical trap” long before this information reached us. She expressed her hope that no child would ever have to endure the “harsh world of medical traps.”
What causes swollen lymph nodes?
Swelling of lymph nodesor lymphadenopathy, occurs when lymph nodes become enlarged due to an active immune response. The most common cause is infection, including bacterial, viral (such as the flu or HIV), and fungal infections. Diseases such as tuberculosis or mononucleosis can also cause swelling.
Other causes include inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus that abnormally activate the immune system. Cancers, such as lymphoma or leukemia, can cause long-term swelling of the lymph nodes. Less commonly, swollen nodes can be the result of medication or an allergic reaction.
The location and associated symptoms, such as pain or fever, help identify the underlying cause, which requires a medical examination for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Can vaccines cause swollen lymph nodes?
Some vaccines can cause temporary swelling of the lymph nodes as a normal immune response. This is because the vaccine stimulates the immune system by causing the lymph nodes to produce immune cells.
Measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), and smallpox vaccines can cause lymphadenopathy in some cases.
These reactions are usually mild and resolve within a few days or weeks. Swelling indicates that the body is developing immunity, but persistent or severe symptoms should be evaluated by a doctor.
For those who don’t know, the Kumar family shared an official statement after Tisha’s death saying that she passed away after a long battle with the disease.
