A study published in the Canadian Cardiology Journal has identified champagne and white wine as elements that can reduce the risk of cardiac arrest. It is also a reminder that health may not always rely on ordinary predictable longevity factors; Sometimes something unexpectedly rushes into the mixture.

Can champagne reduce the sudden risk of heart stop?

The study estimated more than 500,000 people for 14 years to determine the risk factors that can lead to a sudden cardiac arrest (SCA). Sudden heart stop – this is when the heart sharply ceases to pump blood. The main difference is that SCA occurs because of the electrical malfunction in the heart, which causes it to be irregularly beat and stop. This is unlike the usual heart attack, which occurs preferably from the blockage. SCA is very fast, without serious warning and the symptom.
The study showed that the choice of lifestyles is like what we eat, drink and think they play a big role in mitigating this condition. Eating champagne and white wine, eating more fruits, maintaining a healthy weight and remaining positive, all contributes to a reduction in the risk of 63% for sharp heart arrests.

What does that mean?
Since SCA happens suddenly, it is especially important to determine the choice of lifestyle that helps reduce the risk. Traditionally, red wine is positively linked to heart health, and many studies before substantcing the connection.
But this study also shows how champagne and white wine can be beneficial to heart health. But this does not justify the overstretching in the name of healing. Excess anything is not good. Moderation, as always, is an implicit basis of health. The scale of the balance cannot be tilted, making it more important to keep track of the portion size.
You can delight if in this case even your health has subsidiary pure dishes and drinks, such as dark chocolate or champagne, but it’s not a manipulator that the benefits exist only in well-monitoring portions. Just because your favorite food or drink has found a health gap does not mean that you get a free pass and binge on it in the name of healing.
