D -R Anthony Young shared this skin care procedure, explaining each sequence in detail:

  • Clean the skin corresponding to your skin type every morning. This means that foam for oily skin and milk or moisturizing detergent for dry, sensitive skin.
  • Apply antioxidant or vitamin C serum.
  • Put on the minimum SPF30 sunscreen when you go outside.
  • Clean the skin each evening to remove makeup, dirt and pollution. Even if you wash your face only once a day, make sure it’s in the evening.
  • Apply cream against aging every night.
  • Finally, once a week, use a delicate scrub discharge if you have sensitive skin or 2-3 times a week if you have normal skin.
