“For the first time, let’s clear what -no: lowering the point is a myth. No matter how much exercise you do, you can’t focus on fat loss in only one area,” she said.

Here are 5 things offered by Helen:

1. Optimize protein intake

Try to at least 1 to 1.5 grams per pound of body weight. Protein is necessary for muscle restoration and growth. It supports you more complete and enhances your metabolism, making it an important part of a fat reduction.

2. Take weight training and 10 k.

Weight training is a change in games. Strive for 3-4 classes per week. Not only does it help build a thin muscle mass (which, in turn, burns more calories at rest), but also turns your body into a car that burns fat. In addition, the steps are a key key to fat loss and so undervalued!

3. Focus on the workout insulation

While you may not notice a fat decrease by aiming at your ABS with insulating exercises 2-3 times a week, can strengthen and determine your core.
