What is Murph training, fitness -call for memory day?

2. 100 pull -ups
3. 200 push ups
4. 300 squats
5. Run 1 mile

What makes it more complicated is to do it all by putting on a balanced vest or armor for the body of about 20 pounds (9 kg).

Who was Michael Murphy lieutenote?

Lightonant Michael Murphy was a member of the Seal team who fought valiantly during the Red Wings Operation in 2005 in Afghanistan. He, together with three other officers, was part of the terrorist intelligence operation in the mountain area.

How to do Murphy’s workout?

You can take on Murphy’s call with your individual fitness level, no matter how professional, intermediate or beginner.

If you are a professional, here’s how CrossFit offers you a call:

1 mile running
100 pull -ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
1 mile running

Divide pull -ups, push ups and squats as needed. If you have a vest or armor up to 14/20 pounds, wear it.

If you are at the intermediate level, do the following:

1 mile running
50 pull -ups
100 push -ups
150 air squats
1 mile running

Travel, optional. Start the second run no later than 25:00.

If you are only at beginners level, heat the call using this set:

The mileage is 800 meters
Then, 10 rounds:
5 ring rows
10 push -ups (with knees or with arms raised on the box)
15 air squats
The mileage is 800 meters
