  • Very high fever (usually above 100 ° F).
  • Extreme tachycardia, which means that the heart rate often exceeds 140 BPM.
  • Strong anxiety, excitement or irritability.
  • Disorientation or confusion (can also lead to loss of consciousness).
  • Rich sweating and heat.

  • Persons with untreated hyperthyroidism, especially in conditions such as graves or toxic thyroid nodules.
  • Women most often suffered than men.

How do you treat thyroid thunderstorms?
