List countries that do not have visas for Indian passport owners
1. Angola: 30 days
2. Barbadas: 30 days
3. Belarus: 30 days
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MEA), Indian citizens who have a 30-day visa will enter Belarus if they have:
- A valid passport or other replacement of the document for travel abroad.
- Funds (at least two basic amounts* specified in dollars or Belarusian rubles for each day, or 50 basic sums if the stay period is 30 days).
- Travel health insurance operates in Belarus with a minimum medical coating of 10,000 euros.
- The real several visas of EU member states or the Schengen area with honors in the passport when crossing the border of these states and a ticket with confirmation of the departure from the National Airport “Minsk” within 30 days from the date of entry.
- Without a visa, there can be no visa from the Moscow airport because there is no passport control.

According to MEA, all Indian citizens who are able to legally enter the European Union, the United States of America, Canada and the United Kingdom, can enter the Dominican Republic without the need for a Dominican visa. However, visitors are expected to buy a tourist card for the Dominican Republic, which is usually purchased into air tickets.

There is no bilateral Haiti Agreement for without a visa. Since Haiti is politically unstable, the mission has not yet received written confirmation from Haiti’s government. As our honorary consul confirmed, Haiti for Indian passport owners follow this practice.

12. Kazakhstan: 14 days (invincible)
