Food ideas

  1. Milk porridge
  2. Wrap with tomatoes, lettuce, onion, jalapeño and meat
  3. A bowl of oatmeal containing protein powder, chia seeds and chocolate chips
  4. Salad plate, boiled eggs, fruit, chicken
  5. A bowl of sweet potatoes, minced meat, tomatoes, onions and peppers
  6. Tofu and fish

A balanced diet is important

A balanced diet makes an undeniable contribution to achieving your fitness goals. In an earlier interview with HT, Dr. Manoj Kutteri, MD and CEO of Atmantan Wellness Center, reiterated the importance of a balanced plate. According to him, the ideal plate for any age should include 40% fruits and vegetables, 25% lean proteins, 20% starchy carbohydrates and 15% healthy fats.

He said: “A balanced plate is not just about portion control; it’s about creating sustainable, healthy meals that promote long-term well-being.” Weight loss is more beneficial when your plate meets all your dietary needs, from fiber to healthy fats. The fitness journey becomes more holistic with proper nutrition.
