Of course, we know that eating fast food can lead to weight gain and should be avoided if you are on a strict diet and trying to get fit. But an American named Natalia Aranda, who continues to document her drastic weight loss on Instagram, recently shared a message about how she didn’t give up fast food after losing almost 60 kg. Sharing before and after photos of her weight loss along with the fast food choices she made, Natalya wrote in her caption: “When someone tells you that you can’t eat fast food while losing weight, do you say, ‘Wowwww’? I hope you try one of these! What’s your favorite low-calorie fast food?’

In her post, titled “Fast Food I Ate After Losing 130 Pounds (58.9 kg),” she listed her top picks from a variety of dishes, along with the calorie intake for each:

Starbucks

Egg white and pepper bites – 170 calories, 12 g of protein

Grande Iced Coffee with a Splash of Skim Milk, Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup, Splenda – 25 calories, 2 g protein

Popeye

3 pieces of black tenderloin (chicken) – 170 calories, 26 g of protein

Small mashed potatoes – 110 calories, 3 g of protein

In-N-Out

Double Double Protein (hamburger bun replaced with lettuce) – 520 calories, 33g protein

Diet Coke is zero calories

Taco Bell

Chicken cantina – 540 calories, 25 g of protein

Recently, a woman told how simple food changes helped her “lose 25 kg in just six months.” She replaced sugary drinks with healthier options like beetroot juice.

Sakshi Yadav, a certified yoga and weight loss coach, according to her Instagram bio, shared how she kept her weight down with simple food swaps: she snacked on dried fruit instead of namkeen. She swapped out “packaged juice for beetroot juice with fiber” and swapped “bread for whole wheat bread with paneer.” Dal rice was replaced with “dal, rice, salad and curd”. Apart from eating healthy, Sakshi also followed a home workout routine.
