Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Premium -Gin
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves
  • 2-3 green chili (sliced) (adjust to taste)
  • 15 ml of honey
  • Cube ice
  • Basilica leaves or thin chili for garnish

Method:

  • Fresh basil leaves and green chili in a cocktail shaker to release your aroma.
  • Add gin and natural honey.
  • Add the ice and shake well for about 10 seconds until it is cooled and slightly foamy.
  • Double tension in cooled martini.
  • Decorate the basil leaves or a thin slice of chili.

3. Hibiscus floral lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 2 flowers hibiscus
  • 15 ml of lemon juice
  • A pinch of cardamom powder
  • Honey (to taste)

Method:

  • In the pan bring 4 glasses of water to a boil.
  • Add the dried hibiscus flowers to the boiling water and reduce the heat to low heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and give it cool for another 10 minutes to improve the aroma.
  • Using a small mesh strainer, strain the hibiscus into the pitcher, throwing the flowers.
  • Pour fresh lemon juice and honey, while the hibiscus tea is still warm. Mix well until the honey is completely dissolved.
  • Add a pinch of cardamom to the mixture. Mix well to combine the flavors.
  • Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or to cool.
  • Fill the ice cubes and pour the cooled cooler of the hibiscus on the ice. Decorate fresh mint leaves for extra touch of freshness.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml of a single whiskey malt
  • 20 ml of manin passion puree
  • 15 ml of lime juice
  • 1 branch rosemary
  • Dash angastra
  • Side dish: fresh rosemary

Method:

Ingredient

  • Tequila
  • watermelon juice
  • Lyme juice
  • Triple s
  • Jugapeno slices
  • Salt chili for rim

Method

  • Lightly confuse the jalt in the shaker, add tequila, watermelon juice, lime juice and triple sec.
  • Shake the ice well and strain in a glass of chili.
  • Garnish with small watermelon or chili.
